Ahead of its Cannes premiere, a new trailer has emerged for Tarantino's latest.
Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood receives its world premiere today, May 21st, at the Cannes Film Festival. The film takes place in Hollywood 1969 and follows a struggling movie star (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stunt double (Brad Pitt), whose lives become entwined with Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie) and the Manson Family.
The all-star cast also includes Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, Al Pacino, Tim Roth, Luke Perry, Emile Hirsch, Damian Lewis, Damon Herriman, Kurt Russell and Margaret Qualley.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is in UK/ROI cinemas August 14th.
A second trailer has just been released, which you can check out below, along with some posters for the fake movies DiCaprio's character stars in.
The official synopsis reads:
Quentin Tarantino’s ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.
