A batch of posters and new footage from the much delayed superhero movie.
This year's edition of Comic-Con is currently underway, albeit online rather than in San Diego. Released following a panel discussion was the opening sequence of the much delayed superhero movie The New Mutants, along with a new trailer.
Directed by Josh Boone, the film follows a group of youngsters who attempt to control their superpowers while being kept at a secret facility. Wait, isn't that the X-Men? Well yeah, but this one promises to add some horror elements to its mutant mix.
Currently scheduled to open in UK/ROI cinemas August 28th, The New Mutants stars Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Heaton, Alice Braga, Blu Hunt and Henry Zag.
