New full length trailer for Sorkin's political drama.
Writer/director Aaron Sorkin's The Trial of the Chicago 7 takes us back to the 1968 Democratic National Convention where protests organised by such political figures as Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Tom Hayden and Bobby Seale led to violent clashes with police. Seven of the organisers were charged with inciting a riot, leading to an infamous trial.
Sorkin's ensemble cast includes Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Sacha Baron Cohen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Keaton, Frank Langella, John Carroll Lynch, Eddie Redmayne, Mark Rylance, Alex Sharp, Jeremy Strong and Kelvin Harrison Jr.
The Trial of the Chicago 7 is on Netflix from October 16th.
