The Guest, screenwriter Simon Barrett makes his directorial debut with
Seance.
The film stars Suki Waterhouse as a new pupil at a prestigious
academy for girls. When she joins in a seance, it seems the spirit of a
former student may have been resurrected and is out for blood.
Stephanie Sy, Inanna Sarkis, Madisen Beaty, Djouliet Amara and
Ella-Rae Smith also star.
Seance is in US cinemas and VOD from May 21st and has been
picked up by Shudder for a release later this year.

The film stars Suki Waterhouse as the new girl at the prestigious Edelvine Academy for Girls. Soon after her arrival, six girls invite her to join them in a late-night ritual, calling forth the spirit of a dead former student who reportedly haunts their halls. But before morning, one of the girls is dead, leaving the others wondering what they may have awakened.
