Like Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise is inspired by a Disney theme park ride. How
do you turn this into a movie? Well it seems you rehash
The African Queen
with Dwayne Johnson as Bogart and Emily Blunt as Hepburn, but
with the evil Germans replaced by all manner of supernatural threats.
Jaume Collet-Serra directs, with Edgar RamÃrez, Jack Whitehall, Jesse Plemons and
Paul Giamatti also starring.
Jungle Cruise is in UK/ROI cinemas and on Disney+ with
Premier Access from July 30th.

Thrust on this epic quest together, the unlikely duo encounters innumerable dangers and supernatural forces, all lurking in the deceptive beauty of the lush rainforest.
