You can't kill the boogeyman!
If you thought Laurie Strode had finally defeated Michael Myers at the end
of 2018's
Halloween...well, you should know better by now.
Director David Gordon Green returns for Halloween Kills, which kicks off in the immediate aftermath of the conclusion of the 2018
film.
Jamie Lee Curtis is back as Laurie, with Nick Castle donning
the Captain Kirk mask once again. Returning cast members include
Judy Greer, Andi Matichak and Will Patton, with
Kyle Richards returning as Lindsay, the little girl Laurie babysat
for on that fateful night in '78, while Anthony Michael Hall takes
over the role of Tommy. Charles Cyphers returns as Sheriff Leigh Brackett, along with
Nancy Stephens as Marion Chambers.
Halloween Kills is in UK/ROI cinemas from October
15th.

The official synopsis reads:
Minutes after Laurie Strode (Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie’s basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor.But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie’s trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster.The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all.Evil dies tonight.
