Bosnia and Herzegovina’s selection to represent them at the 94th Academy
Awards was writer/director Igor Drljača's The White Fortress. The film stars Pavle Čemerkić and Sumeja Dardagan as two teens from wildly different backgrounds who
enter into an intense relationship. Jasmin Geljo, Kerim Čutuna, Alban Ukaj
and Irena Mulamuhić also star.
The White Fortress is in US cinemas and VOD from April 22nd.
A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
THE WHITE FORTRESS stars Pavle Čemerkić as Faruk, an orphan who meets a timid teen girl, played by Sumeja Dardagan, from an affluent family; the two form a relationship as she explores his life of foraging and petty crime as a means of escaping her toxic home life.
