French filmmaker Lucile Hadzihalilovic (Evolution) makes her English language debut with Earwig, adapted from the book by Brian Catling. Set in an unnamed part
of Europe in the middle of the 20th century, the film stars
Paul Hilton as a man charged with looking after a mysterious young
girl (Romane Hemelaers) with teeth made of ice. Romola Garai and Alex Lawther also star.
Earwig is in UK/ROI cinemas from June 10th.
