Actor turned director Todd Field won much acclaim for his first two
movies as director - 2001's In the Bedroom and 2006's
Little Children - and he's finally delivering his much
anticipated third feature, Tár. The film stars Cate Blanchett as a classical music composer who
becomes the first woman to conduct a German orchestra.
Noémie Merlant, Nina Hoss, Sophie Kauer, Julian Glover, Allan
Corduner
and Mark Strong also star.
Tár is in UK/ROI cinemas from January 20th, 2023.
