Hot on the heels of
The Souvenir
and
its sequel, writer/director Joanna Hogg teams up with
Tilda Swinton once again for The Eternal Daughter. The film sees Swinton play a woman who returns with her elderly mother
(also played by Swinton) to their former family home, now a hotel haunted by
its past.
Carly-Sophia Davies, Joseph Mydell and
Alfie Sankey-Green also star.
The Eternal Daughter is in US cinemas from December 2nd. A
UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.
