In similar fashion to
Willy's Wonderland
and
The Banana Splits Movie, video game adaptation Five Nights at Freddy's is a horror
movie based around animatronic children's entertainers coming to life and
looking for victims.
Directed by Emma Tammi (The Wind), the film stars Josh Hutcherson as a security guard who finds
himself battling said animatronics during his night shift at a
pizzeria.
The film also stars Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart
Masterson
and Matthew Lillard.
Five Nights at Freddy's is in UK/ROI cinemas from October
27th.

The official synopsis reads:
Can you survive five nights?
The terrifying horror game phenomenon becomes a blood-chilling cinematic event, as Blumhouse— the producer of M3GAN, The Black Phone and The Invisible Man— brings Five Nights at Freddy’s to the big screen.
The film follows a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to make it through.
