Written and directed by Julio Torres, Problemista sees
the director cast himself in the lead role of immigrant toy designer
Alejandro. With his work visa set to run out, Alejandro is given a chance to
stay in New York by assisting a notoriously eccentric artist (Tilda Swinton).
The film also stars RZA, Greta Lee, Catalina Saavedra, James Scully, Larry Owens, Laith
Nakli, Kelly McCormack, Spike Einbinder, Greta Titelman
and River L. Ramirez, and is narrated by
Isabella Rossellini.
Problemista is in US cinemas from August 4th. A UK/ROI
release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Alejandro is an aspiring toy designer from El Salvador, struggling to bring his unusual ideas to life in New York City. As time on his work visa runs out, a job assisting an erratic art-world outcast becomes his only hope to stay in the country and realize his dream.
