Inspired by his own harrowing experience of briefly having one of his
children go missing in a national park, writer/director
Brett Wagner's The Big Bend sees two young families
take a joint vacation in Texas's Big Bend region. The get together is
disrupted when the families cross path with a dangerous escaped
convict.
The film stars Jason Butler Harner, Virginia Kull, David Sullivan, Erica Ash, Nick Masciangelo and Donny Dust, along with Wagner's
daughters, Delilah and Zoe Wagner.
The Big Bend is in US cinemas from April 26th. A UK/ROI
release has yet to be announced.
