Directed by Ariane Louis-Seize and co-written with Christine Doyon, Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person stars
Sara Montpetit as a centuries old vampire with the appearance of a
human teenager. Turned off at the idea of killing humans to feed on, she
finds what seems an ethical alternative when a suicidal young man (Félix Antoine-Bénard) offers to be her victim.
The film also stars Steve Laplante, Sophie Cadieux, Noémie O’Farrell, Marie Brassard,
Lilas-Rose Cantin, Gabriel-Antoine Roy, Madeleine Péloquin, Arnaud
Vachon, Valence Laroche, Isabelle Villalba, Marc Beaupré, Patrick Hivon,
Micheline Bernard
and Ariane Castellanos.
Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person is in
US cinemas from June 21st. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Sasha (Sara Montpetit, Falcon Lake) is a young vampire with a serious problem: she’s too sensitive to kill! When her exasperated parents cut off her blood supply, Sasha’s life is in jeopardy. Luckily, she meets Paul (Félix Antoine-Bénard), a lonely teenager with suicidal tendencies who is willing to give his life to save hers. But their friendly agreement soon becomes a nocturnal quest to fulfill Paul’s last wishes before day breaks.
