Written and directed by Andrew Adams,
American Meltdown stars Jacki Von Preysing as Olivia, a debt-riddled woman at the end of
her rope. When she meets pickpocket Mari (Nicolette Sweeney), Olivia is drawn into her exciting world of
petty crime.
The film also stars Clayton Farris, Shaun Boylan, Christopher Mycheal Watson, Bella Shaw
and DeMorge Brown.
American Meltdown is on US VOD from November 8th. A UK/ROI
release has yet to be announced.

OLIVIA WALKER (Jacki Von Preysing) is a desperate millennial at the end of her rope. She’s been put on a temporary leave from work until she stops qualifying for benefits, she’s recently single, her home has been broken into, and she’s drowning in debt. Then she meets MARI NAVARRO (Nicolette Sweeney), a happy-go-lucky, fiery pickpocket who lives in a van and shirks every societal expectation she can... Kickstarting an offbeat friendship that pulls Olivia deeper and deeper into a life of crime.
