Melissa Barrera Stars in Romantic-Comedy-Horror YOUR MONSTER [Trailer/Poster]

The horror comedy comes to UK/ROI cinemas in November.

Writer/director Caroline Lindy expands her earlier short Your Monster to feature length. Melissa Barrera plays Laura, a struggling actress who moves back into her childhood home where she finds a monster (Tommy Dewey) living in her closet. As Laura falls in love with the monster, her confidence grows, along with her long suppressed rage.

The film also stars Meghann Fahy, Edmund Donovan and Kayla Foster.

Your Monster is in UK/ROI cinemas from November 29th.

The official synopsis reads:

After battling an illness and being dumped by the love of her life, struggling actress Laura Franco (Melissa Barrera) returns to her childhood home to recover. But to her horror, she discovers a monster (Tommy Dewey) living in her bedroom closet. Turns out he's quite the charmer.

Over time, they forge an unlikely connection as Monster helps Laura stand up to her narcissistic ex and fight for the lead role in his show that was promised to her. Laura and Monster's relationship slowly grows into something more as she rediscovers her power and learns to unleash her long-suppressed rage.
