Screwball Sci-Fi DINOSAUR VALLEY GIRLS Makes its Bluray Debut [Trailer/Artwork]

The cult b-movie pastiche comes to bluray in February.

Written and directed by Marvel Comics scribe and Star Wars novelist Don Glut, 1996's Dinosaur Valley Girls spoofed the bikinis and dinosaur b-movies of the 1950s and '60s. The movie sees a Hollywood star (Jeff Rector) travel back in time where he finds himself in a world populated by stop-motion dinosaurs and sex-stared cavegirls.

The cast also includes Karen Black, Griffin Drew, Denise Ames and William Marshall.

Dinosaur Valley Girls makes its bluray debut courtesy of Visual Vengeance in February 2025.

The official synopsis reads:

Chain-smoking Hollywood action movie star Tony Markham is zapped back in time via a magic artifact to a prehistoric world of flesh-hungry dinosaurs, angry cavemen, and a tribe of exotic, love-starved cavegirls. He must use his modern-day machismo and best karate moves to survive the onslaught of Jurassic terrors while wooing the literal cavegirl of his dreams, Hea-Thor.
