Based on the Weeknd's latest album of the same name,
Hurry Up Tomorrow sees the pop star (credited here as
Abel Tesfaye) play a fictional version of himself as he is drawn into
a surreal odyssey by a mysterious stranger (Barry Keoghan).
The film is directed by Trey Edward Shultz (Krisha;
It Comes at Night;
Waves), who co-wrote the script with Tesfaye and Reza Fahim. Jenna Ortega also stars.
Hurry Up Tomorrow is in UK/ROI cinemas from May 16th.
