Prolific French filmmaker François Ozon's latest drama, When Autumn Falls, stars Hélène Vincent and Josiane Balasko as Michelle and Marie-Claude, two retirees whose
lives are disrupted by the arrival of Michelle's estranged daughter (Ludivine Sagnier) and Marie-Claude's ex-convict son (Pierre Lottin).

The official synopsis reads:
