
Described as another love letter to his home town of Naples, Paolo Sorrentino's Parthenope stars newcomer Celeste Dalla Porta as the title character, an alluring
woman who casts a spell over the various men she encounters over several
decades, including the American novelist John Cheever (Gary Oldman).
The cast also includes Stefania Sandrelli, Silvio Orlando, Luisa Ranieri, Isabella Ferrari,
Silvia Degrandi, Lorenzo Gleijeses, Daniele Rienzo, Dario Aita, Marlon
Joubert, Alfonso Santagata, Biagio Izzo and Peppe Lanzetta.
Parthenope is in UK/ROI cinemas from May 2nd.
