A remake of 1989's The War of the Roses, director Jay Roach's The Roses stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Olivia Colman as the eponymous married couple who find themselves torn apart by resentments over their differing career trajectories.
Written by Tony McNamara, the film also stars Andy Samberg, Allison Janney, Belinda Bromilow, Sunita Mani, Ncuti Gatwa, Jamie Demetriou, Zoë Chao and Kate McKinnon.
The Roses is in UK/ROI cinemas from September 1st.

Life seems easy for picture-perfect couple Ivy (Olivia Colman) and Theo (Benedict Cumberbatch): successful careers, a loving marriage, great kids.
